A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photo shoot date. This deposit will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day of your session.

The remaining balance is due immediately following the completion of your photo session.

Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App.

Non-cash payments are subject to a 2% processing fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, rescheduled, or subject to a late fee.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to a new date at the photographer's discretion.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.

Small props are welcome, provided they are safe, appropriate for the session, and easy to transport.

To ensure the best experience and avoid distractions, please refrain from taking photos or videos in front of the camera during the session. All photos and videos are welcome out of frame!

Children and pets must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Washington weather can be unpredictable. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, smoke, unsafe temperatures, or other weather-related concerns. The photographer reserves the right to make this determination. You will not lose your deposit for weather related rescheduling.

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks following your session (via emailed PDF). Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons. If I have extra photos, I will send you the RAW/unedited versions.

By booking a session, you grant me permission to use any images from the session to be used for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.
